Admin Job Responsibilities: -Keep records and reports up to date -Dealing with email enquiries -Arranging appointments, Medical and Emirates ID Appointments -Supervise other staff and delegate responsibilities. -Carry out clerical duties, including answering phones and preparing documents. المهارات Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role Outstanding abilities to communicate in person, in writing and over the phone Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities Excellent organizational and leadership skills Familiarity with office management procedures Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software Ability to commute/relocate: Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
