Position Title: HR Executive Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 7K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus accommodation and transportation Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE About the Client: An international French fine dining restaurant in the UAE Job Description: Help develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them. Preparing annually / half yearly /Quarterly /monthly/weekly reports related to HR Operations Review and update various HR policies and processes like joining process, exit process, promotion, and leaves. Update process documents for HR Prepared Performance Evaluation of employees Schedule and arrange training programs while coordinating with department head. Coordinate with the department heads to gather talent requirements and define job positions. المهارات Qualifications: Female, 38 years old and below At least 2 years of experience in the similar role in UAE Preferably with hospitality or F&B background
