Conduct tests in the R&D Lab and design new products as per the instructions provided. Develop and refine specifications for new and/or existing products as per regulatory standard for existing and new products. Amelioration and/or enhancement of existing products. Responsible for effectively following, communicating, and maintaining R&D department policies. - Responsible for Cost analysis of formulated Product. Assist Department in regulatory and customer audits, by effectively managing the complete documentation of assigned categories. To approve new suppliers and raw materials in accordance with the R&D Supervisor Instructions. Responsible for updating all the Master Data in the department (Labels, Ingredients, Specifications, Recipes). Responsible for the amendments to any existing product. Responsible for Shelf-life Analysis of New and Existing Products. المهارات Well Versed with Chocolate Science. Functional ingredients and how they impact product quality, texture, and appearance. Understand the Sensory Evaluation and methodologies, Conduct the taste panel, approvals, and next steps. Organized and detail oriented.
