Responsibilities: Act as a representative of Organization in Saudi Arabia in front of Clients and Authorities. Establish relations and connections with Developers, Architects, Operators in K.S.A. Head and direct design team providing key concepts and strategies. Directing and Managing teams, projects and resources. Assist clients in resolving issues by responding to queries in a timely and professional manner. Supervise the department's workflow and monitor deadlines as well as budgets. Convey design concepts to various internal and external audiences. Review of documents from codes and contractual perspectives. Assist Project team in case of any design inputs required during execution of the project. المهارات Proven as Branch Manager or as a Design Manager in reputed consultancy firm. Sufficient knowledge of modern management techniques and best practices Ability to establish relations and contacts with Developers, Architects and Authorities. Familiarity with industry’s rules and regulations Excellent organizational skills Results driven and customer focused. Leadership and human resources management skills. Qualifications: Engineering Graduate from a reputed University (Preferably Mechanical or Electrical) Experience of Consultancy in the Design field in KSA. Minimum 10 years of K.S.A experience required in design. Hands on experience of designing large to mega scale projects. Experience on working with Green Building or LEED certified projects. Good Communication and presentation skills. Experience of handling the Client, generate RFPs and managing meetings.
