Position Title: Arabic Department Head Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 17K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus accommodation, transportation, and tuition fee discount up to 3 children Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE About the Client: A private co-educational K-12 day school in Abu Dhabi Job Description: Serve as directors of curriculum and instruction in the department of their specialized subject Improve the quality of education in its various aspects such as curriculum development, instructional planning and implementation, assessment, professional development, and educational resources Take part in the recruitment process as requested by the Principal by conducting interviews for candidates that focus on pedagogical content knowledge المهارات Qualifications: Open to Arabic nationals 45 years old and below Bachelor’s Degree in Education with a specialization in Arabic Language & Arts or any related degree; Master’s Degree will be an advantage At least 5 years of teaching experience preferably with extensive experience in a leadership role in addition to the 5-year teaching experience
