Position Title: Bar Manager Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 16K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus tips and service charge Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A fine dining restaurant and lounge that serves authentic Uzbekistan and international cuisine Job Description: Manage and supervise all bar staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations. Ensure that the bar is operating efficiently and profitably, including managing inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling costs. Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring that customers are satisfied with their bar experience and that any complaints are addressed promptly. Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones. Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, ensuring that all staff are following proper sanitation and safety protocol المهارات Qualifications: 38 years old and below Open to Russian speakers and European nationals At least 4 years of experience in the UAE; 2 years in the similar position Experience in a fine dining or Michelin starred restaurant that serves alcoholic beverages Must be available to join on March 15, 2023
