Position Title: Hostess Supervisor Employment Type: Full-time Salary: up to 8K AED all-inlcusive depending on experience and qualifications, plus tips and service charge Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A fine dining restaurant and lounge that will serve authentic Uzbekistan and international cuisines Job Description: Supervise the hostess team, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations. Ensure that all guests are greeted promptly and seated in a timely and professional manner. Coordinate with other members of the restaurant management team to manage table availability, including managing reservations and walk-ins. Train the hostess team on how to handle guest inquiries and requests, and ensure that all guest needs are met. Maintain accurate records of guest information, including contact details, preferences, and special requests المهارات Qualifications: Open to Russian speakers or European nationals Female, 38 years old and below At least 3 years work experience in UAE in the same role Must have experience in a fine dining or Michelin starred restaurant that serves alcoholic beverages Candidates who can join by March 15, 2023 will be prioritized
