Position Title: Senior Pastry Chef Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 8K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus tips and SC Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: On A fine dining restaurant and lounge that will serve authentic Uzbekistan and international cuisines. Job Description: Creating and preparing a variety of desserts, pastries, and baked goods, such as cakes, cookies, pies, and breads. Developing new recipes and menu items that appeal to customers and align with the restaurant’s brand and vision. Managing inventory and ordering supplies to ensure that the pastry kitchen is fully stocked and prepared for service. Overseeing and training the pastry staff, including bakers and pastry assistants, to ensure that all baked goods are prepared to the highest standards. Maintaining the kitchen equipment and ensuring that it is in good working condition. Developing and implementing new techniques and trends in the pastry industry المهارات Qualifications: 38 years old and below Diploma or any relevant certificate At least 3 years of experience in the same role in UAE Must have an experience in a fine dining (or Michelin starred) restaurant kitchen Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
