We are looking for a Candidates to keep the office running smoothly by carrying out a range of administrative, financial, payroll, Sales, and managerial tasks. Job Description / Responsibilities · Organizing meetings and managing databases · Booking transport · Organizing company events and conferences · Dealing with correspondence, complaints, and queries · Preparing letters, presentations, and reports · Supervising and monitoring the work of administrative staff · Processing invoices and managing office budgets · Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative · Organizing induction programs for new employees · Ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date. · Attending meetings with senior management · Assisting the organisation's HR and finance functions by keeping personnel records up to date, arranging interviews and updating financial documents. · Reception duties – answering calls, emails, and letters. · All-around secretarial duties. · Being the point of contact for suppliers and ensuring office supplies and resources are restocked. · Maintaining office policies and managing health and safety procedures. · Keeping records of office expenditure · People management. .
