Manage and monitor performance of engineering staff and contractors. Manage optimum workflow of on-site instructions and assess strict adherence to client requirements. Work with different stakeholders to create a safe and efficient on-site working environment. Record and implement all the instructions from the client's team on the working site. المهارات Ablility to understand building services including design principles, method statements, Inspection Test Plans, Risk Assessments, commissioning and handover requirements. A decent understanding of client-side requirements in terms of technical facets. Effective communication with the client on various technical parameters. Fluent collaborator with good command of communication skills for interacting with colleagues, contractors, and clients.
