Managing all aspects of projects from start to finish, including planning, scheduling, and supervising work crews Reviewing bids from subcontractors and selecting the most qualified ones based on price, reputation, and experience Monitoring project costs and scheduling for on-time completion of projects Reviewing blueprints, drawings, and plans to ensure that construction sites are safe for employees and pedestrians Overseeing the hiring of subcontractors and workers as needed to complete projects on time Establishing and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction with work performed Coordinating with architects or engineers to determine construction requirements Reviewing plans for safety hazards and recommending solutions such as the use of safety equipment or improved ventilation Communicating with clients throughout the construction process to ensure they are satisfied with the progress of projects المهارات Bachelor’s Degree Previous professional construction industry experience Ability to thrive both independently and in a team environment Demonstrated ability to develop engaged customer relationships Excellent time management skills To be persuasive, sales driven, and customer focused Proficiency in English & Arabic – written and verbal
