We are a recruitment consulting firm looking for a skilled HR Executive who can work remotely from home. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, as well as a passion for delivering exceptional service to clients and candidates. If you are a self-motivated and results-driven HR Executive looking to work from home on a fee-per-closing basis, we encourage you to apply. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Source and recruit top talent for our clients, using a variety of platforms and resources Screen and assess candidate applications to determine fit for specific roles Conduct initial phone and video interviews with candidates to assess their skills and experience Be willing to work on a fee-per-closing basis. المهارات Requirements: Proven experience as an HR Executive or in a similar role Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Familiarity with online job boards and recruitment platforms Ability to work independently and remotely from home High level of organization and attention to detail Knowledge of recruitment laws and regulations Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
