Position Title: Senior Art Director Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 22K AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE About the Client: A well-established digital marketing company in UAE Job Description: Create original key visuals and layouts for illustrations, logos, websites, social platforms, several digital platforms and other agency-specific purposes Work in a close-knit creative partnership with Copywriters, Animators, Digital Designers, Videographers, Video Editors and other Production Team members, to generate campaign ideas and see them through from concepts to completion Create fearless campaign ideas and building presentations that are thought provoking and show how the ideas work across different channels Develop creative briefs based on ideas established in brainstorming sessions with direction, schedules, and expected deliverables for the creative team Obtain team approval by presenting final layouts, storyboards, and illustrations, encouraging members to provide feedback, and responding to internal commentary and requests Present or oversee presentation of final concepts and coordinate production and dissemination for cross-organizational use المهارات Qualifications: Open to Arabic nationals 40 years old and below Minimum 10 years work experience as a professional art director and able to lead a team of creative professionals Background in Marketing and Advertising Agency is a MUST A rockstar Senior Art Director with genuine passion for art direction in digital platforms while maintaining high standards for executions and attention to tone. Complete hands-on knowledge of all appropriate software including the Adobe CS suite including photoshop, illustrator, in design. A general knowledge on how to work in motion design software including but not limited to Adobe Premiere and Aftereffects is an added advantage. Aware of the nuances of production including film shoots, still photography as well as 2D and 3D animation possibilities. Excellent communication skills to obtain all necessary information from the client servicing team, social media, digital advertising and influencer marketing team Immediate joiners will be prioritized
