PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES • Reach out to new clients and follow-up on current clients’ feedback; • Monitoring competitor activity; • Internal operation (Equipment and crew Bookings) • Managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, flyers and newsletters; • Writing and proofreading copy; • Maintaining and updating customer databases; • Representing InHouse in events such as conferences, receptions and exhibitions; • maintaining and updating information on In House website; • Develop and execute innovative digital marketing strategies to improve awareness and engagement; • Day-to-day management and execution of social media presence (including Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Corporate blog, YouTube and emerging platforms); • Integrate social media campaigns within all related marketing communications; • Analyze and report social media actions on a monthly basis for successes and new opportunities. COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS UTILIZED: • Strong, professional written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work independently and in a team environment. • Exceptional time management skills including the ability to handle multiple clients/projects with changing priorities. • Self-starter, willing to work independently yet take direction openly • Must be proficient with all Microsoft Office programs and familiar with internet applications • Basic knowledge of Photoshop or equivalent design program. • Must be well-organized, a strong communicator, client-facing المهارات microsoft office social media
