Estimating costs of materials and labor needed to complete projects Coordinating with other contractors to ensure that they are completing their tasks on time Inspecting work sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations Informing customers about the status of their orders or services Identifying opportunities to reduce energy consumption in existing buildings through improved insulation or more efficient HVAC equipment Establishing schedules and overseeing contractors who are working on projects Coordinating with architects and engineers during construction projects Evaluating and recommending new equipment purchase proposals by contractors Ensuring that contractors meet safety and environmental regulations المهارات Schedule and oversee the work of a team of HVAC technicians, ensuring that all jobs are completed on time and within budget Inspect completed work to ensure that it meets code requirements and company standards Train new employees on proper safety procedures and company policies Maintain accurate records of employee time, materials used, and job sites Order supplies and equipment as needed Develop and implement plans for preventative maintenance and repair Respond to emergency calls as needed Investigate customer complaints and take appropriate action to resolve them Prepare cost estimates for potential clients Keep abreast of new developments in the field and attend relevant conferences and seminars Serve as a liaison between the company and government inspectors Perform quality control checks on products and materials before they are installed
