Position Title: GENERAL MANAGER -Construction Employment Type: Full Time Salary: all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus family benefits and annual bonus Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A well-known diverse group of companies in UAE. Job Description: Plan and coordinate all aspects of the construction process, including hiring contractors and working with engineers, architects, and vendors. Supervise construction managers to monitor construction progress, including worker productivity and compliance with building and safety codes. Work with senior management and other stakeholders to ensure all projects are completed before schedule, of excellent quality and within budget. Create periodic reports for various projects and prepare weekly project snapshots and action plan. Create, own, and operate all systems to ensure operations run smoothly. المهارات Qualifications: Open to Arabic nationals Male, 55 years old and below Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture Masters in Project Management or equivalent is preferred At least 10 years of experience in the same role in the UAE Must have a background in managing various projects with experience in both Architecture and Interior Fit-out implementation Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
