Job responsibilities Demand Planning Apply and maintain Oracle Demantra software as the primary forecasting system tool.Ensure Demand Plan is accurately loaded into Demantra module of Oracle in a timely mannerAnalyze historical sales data and future plans while working cross-functionally to achieve continuous improvement in the accuracy of demand forecasts Management Reporting Data collation, metrics aggregation from various sources to produce weekly, monthly, quarterly MISSupport inline manager to develop and deliver business reports to support operational processSupport inline manager to develop baseline forecasts for budget planningApply rigorous analytical techniques including data collection, data matching and report developmentAssistance in the development of bespoke analysis and reports across all the divisions Orders and Inventory Management Coordination Provide input to the Inventory control teams in developing inventory strategies on existing items, new products, and product phase-outsPartner and coordinate concerned parties to ensure proper control is performed on orders. Suggest changes if needed. Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Undergraduate Degree in Business, Statistics, Finance, or similarDetail oriented with excellent analytical and problem solving skillsHigh proficiency in Microsoft Excel; high proficiency in PowerBI would be an advantage3-4 years' work experience in relevant field or equivalentOracle Demantra experience helpfulExcellent Communications skills (written, verbal)Ability to work effectively in an open, team environmentAny nationality.
