Responsibilities:Promote our CPA offers and conclude deals that will yield a positive ROI. Sign up new affiliates to our program. Maintain relationships with existing and new affiliates. Analyze market standards of other programs. Monitor and analyze affiliate performance and take appropriate actions if necessary. Collaborate with internal teams to improve affiliate performance in terms of overall marketing, landing pages, etc. Benefits: Work in an international company; Possible relocation to Dubai Comprehensive health insurance, social guarantees; Fruits, cookies and great coffee; Sponsored educational package; المهارات Experience and qualifications: At least 2 years experience in an affiliate CPA manager role or similar within the Forex industry in Indian or African markets. Excellent written and verbal English. Strong Communication skills. Computer literacy & good typing skills. Previous customer support experience will be considered a plus. Ability to work in a multi-tasking environment.
