الوصف الوظيفي Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships using a blend of conventional and hi-tech connectivity. Manage and explore current and new accounts in the prescribed area allotted by the manager. Focus on customer retention by lowering churn rate, amplifying sales through trending techniques, thereby adhering to the company's sales targets. Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities to analyze the sales prospects. Interact with the customer for product offering, brand awareness on time to time basis by meetings and calls. Understanding and promoting the company’s Products & Services as assigned. المهارات In-depth knowledge to convert leads into a final customer, thereby contributing to the company revenue. Proficient in creating sales records, client interactions, and developing precise reports. Approaching new and existing customers by following optimum consumer service standards. Performance-driven and capable of achieving targets under pressure. Portraying superb soft skills during customer interaction and seminars as per requirement. Demonstrated ability to forge long-lasting work relationships by leveraging information, tactics, and excellent communication.
