الوصف الوظيفي We are URGENTLY looking for FACILITIES MANAGEMENT ENGINEER. Responsibilities are the following but not limited to, * Designing and overseeing the implementation of facility expansion, layout, various systems, and quality controls. * Planning, coordinating, and implementing infrastructure and HVAC equipment maintenance schedules and activities. * Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, building codes, and health and safety standards. * Preparing reports and compliance documentation. المهارات Qualifications: 4-5 years Facility Management experience in the UAE Should have experience in operation & maintenance of chillers, FAHU, FCUs, and other HVAC Equipments Responsible & critical thinker Project management skills. Bachelor's degree in engineering (4-5 years) Applicants who can join immediately will be prioritized
