الوصف الوظيفي Al Manhal Engineering Consultants is seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to supervise Buildings Works/projects in Dubai in the UAE. Responsibilities The Supervision Engineer will be responsible for effectively providing the necessary response for project submittals, follow-up staking, testing, and inspection to ensure the project is constructed according to the contract documents, and BOQ / specifications. He will familiarize/ monitor the work program and/or progress report. Ensure compliance with the contract documents. Inspect all workmanship and material. Coordinate with other engineers, architects, contractors, and clients to meet all project requirements. Knowledge of applicable codes, standards, and regulations including DDA, Nakheel, Tarakhees, Dubai Municipality, and Dubai Civil Defense. المهارات MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: A minimum of 10-15 years of experience on similar large-scale projects within Dubai is preferred. ARABIC Speaker Preferable IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE Experience in Dubai Consultancy firms in residential projects Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering Society of Engineers ( SOE- UAE) valid member Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
