الوصف الوظيفي Placing and tracking orders. · Assisting with costing, analyses, and reports. · Assisting with the inspection of goods. · Assisting with negotiation strategies and making recommendations. · Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs · Track orders and ensure timely delivery · Update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts) · Prepare cost analyses · Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts · Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders · Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition المهارات Bachelor’s Degree. · Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in a Furniture retail environment. · Previous experience in purchasing · Previous furniture retail experience recommended. · Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. · Ability to perform in fast-paced environments. · Excellent written, verbal, and telephone communication skills. · Work experience as a Purchasing Assistant, Purchasing Officer, or similar role · Good understanding of supply chain procedures · Solid organizational skills
