الوصف الوظيفي Our client: On behalf of our client, a leading construction company in KSA is looking for a Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist. Your role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, identifying, attracting, and selecting top talent for various positions across the organization. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruiting strategies and building strong relationships with hiring managers. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies that align with the company’s goals. Utilize a variety of sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, to identify and attract top talent. Negotiate job offers and coordinate the onboarding process for new hires. Keep up-to-date with market trends and recruiting best practices. المهارات Must have: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition across all levels. Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective recruiting strategies. Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven
