الوصف الوظيفي Position Title: Accounts Receivable Accountant Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 12K AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE About the Client: A prominent group based in Abu Dhabi, with international collaboration and successful track records in the areas of F&B, Retail and Entertainment Job Description: Maintain accounts receivable records to ensure aging is up to date, credits and collections are applied, uncollectible amounts are accounted for, and miscellaneous differences are cleared Perform daily cash management duties, including the recording of bank deposits, updating and distribution of cash receipt logs, and posting of cash to the accounts receivable sub-ledger Assist in executing the timely and accurate closing and consolidation of relevant ledgers and accounts on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis Reviewing the invoices generated by the operations team on daily basis in different systems and reconciling the credit card payments against the bank statement on daily basis Experienced in managing high volume of credit card transactions in a dynamic, fast paced environment Perform daily cash management duties, including the recording of bank deposits, updating and distribution of cash receipt logs, and posting of cash to the accounts receivable sub-ledger المهارات Qualifications: 35 years old and below MBA in Accounting/CPA/ACCA/CA At least 7 years of experience in related role Should have knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standard Proficient in Microsoft office Suite especially Microsoft Excel (Advanced Pivot Tables, X lookup, V Look Up & data editing, and analysis etc.) Well versed with the Retail POS System along with ERP software Immediate joiners will be prioritized
