الوصف الوظيفي INDUSTRY: Nuclear Power Plant / Renewable Energy / Oil and Gas REQUIRED: ASAP 08 hours, 06 days a week (Pre outage will be between 40 to 48 hours per week as per clients requirements & 72 Hours per week (Over Outage period)) OT is applicable after 48 Hours Single status contract Food, accommodation, transport provided by company. Duration 4 months, extendable. JOB PURPOSE: To Provide guidance and the highest level of supervisory skills and knowledge to maintenance scopes of work activities and complex troubleshooting, engineering evaluations, operability determinations, Operational Decision-Making Issues, and temporary modifications through the planning, execution, and post-close-out phases. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Guide the execution of a defined scope of work activities to increase reliability and performance, reduce operating and maintenance costs, and maintain compliance with plant design basis and regulatory requirements. Provide high technical expertise and provide guidance during the identification, investigation, and resolution of off normal equipment conditions to ensure safe plant operations and preserve equipment design margins. Provide guidance to the assessment of component performance using predictive maintenance technologies in improve equipment reliability. Provide highly experienced technical support and guidance during complex troubleshooting activities to facilitate successful completion. Control and guide support in developing major equipment maintenance windows to assist Shutdown Management. Lead/Support complex troubleshooting requests from Maintenance (MNT), Operations (OPS) or other Engineering (ENG) departments to find and fix complex problems with systems or components. Lead engineering evaluations in support of OPS or MNT requirements to provide information in a short time- frame. Conduct engineering evaluations, operability determinations or ODMIs to ensure that requirements can be met in a timely and effective manner. Support Shutdown and/or the emergency response organization, as assigned, to ensure safe, reliable and continued operations; this may require shift work/off hours support. Prepare for World Association of Nuclear Operators (WANO) pre-start up peer reviews.to ensure effective communication. Provide oversight on maintenance activities performed by contractors, when necessary, to ensure proper use of appropriate procedures. Deliver toolbox talks and pre-job briefs, safety connects and specific safety related messages. المهارات QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering discipline or equivalent Minimum Experience: 5 years’ minimum work experience in Nuclear Power Plant Outage Environment. Mainly in general maintenance of equipment etc. Primary site and secondary side mechanical activities, PM’s & CM’s, Projects etc Job-Specific Skills: Outage experience (Not construction or commissioning of nuclear power plants) Past experience in FW, CW, RCS & AOV/MOV disciplines working on nuclear power plant. Nuclear experience (primary Equipment side) Not turbine Able to understand a broad international standards understanding in order to be able to undertake different maintenance programs jobs. Broad experience in nuclear/ power plant activities Knowledge in valve operations & heavy lift Familiar with MS Project/Primavera Ability to take complex technical decisions and lead teams. Capable to work pressure like breakdown maintenance & shutdown. Thorough knowledge of Nuclear/ Power plant safety procedures & related practices Should undergo approved Permit holder test Should undergo and certification for basic safety courses such as confined entry & high radiation exposure. phases.
