The business is expanding and is thus looking to hire an experienced Team Assistant/ Administrator for their office in Dubai. Description The responsibilities for the role include, but are not limited to : Managing the Reception area, answering all calls, and greeting visitors in a professional manner.liaising with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the C suite when needed Responsible for managing extensive travel management for the C - suite - this includes liaising closely with travel agencies and airlines to make any last-minute changes/ upgrades as needed. Providing complete administrative support to the team in terms of booking meetings room and liaising with vendors for office supplies when needed. Assisting with making presentations and reports Profile The ideal candidate for the role: 2 - 3 years of front desk and support experience with a global business A candidate with strong experience working in the travel industry will be a plusExcellent English communication skills (written and oral) Western-educated candidate preferred Switched on personality with a positive attitude Candidate needs to have UAE experience and needs to be based in the Job Offer This is an exciting opportunity for career progression where the successful candidate for this role will be offered a competitive monthly salary.
